    Prof. Dr.-Ing. Dietmar Göhlich

    Head of the Chair of Methods for Product Development and Mechatronics, Technische Universität Berlin

    Dietmar Göhlich is a professor at TU Berlin and an expert in vehicle design and the methodical development of vehicles and mechatronic systems. He studied mechanical engineering at TU Berlin and earned his doctorate at the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta. From 1989 to 2010, he held senior positions in passenger car development at Daimler AG, including in overall vehicle design, before joining TU Berlin in 2010. His research covers electric mobility, the electrification of bus fleets and heavy-duty trucks, charging infrastructure, and total cost of ownership analysis. He is also spokesperson of the Mobility2Grid research campus on the EUREF site in Berlin, where companies, universities and research institutions work together on the integrated energy and transport transition.

  • Prof. Dr. Timm Teubner

    Prof. Dr. Timm Teubner

    Prof. Dr. Timm Teubner conducts research and teaches at the Technical University of Berlin and at the Einstein Center Digital Future (ECDF). His interdisciplinary work focuses on the question of how trust is established in the digital space—analyzed from economic, technical, and sociological perspectives.

    His areas of expertise include:

    • Online platforms and multi-sided markets
    • Reputation systems and user behavior
    • Internet auctions and cybersecurity
    • The sharing economy and crowd-based models

    His findings are reflected in numerous international journals and conference proceedings and find practical application on platforms ranging from Airbnb to BlaBlaCar to Zalando.

    Teubner studied industrial engineering at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), including a year abroad at the University of Massachusetts (UMass). He earned his Ph.D. at KIT and subsequently worked as a postdoc. He finds new balance and inspiration for his academic work through playing the piano and running (ultra)marathons.

  • Prof. Dr. Hamid Mostofi

    Prof. Dr. Hamid Mostofi

    Prof. Dr. Hamid Mostofi is a professor of data science and artificial intelligence at SRH Berlin University of Applied Sciences and a senior researcher and project manager at TU Berlin, focusing on the application of AI in business and socioeconomic contexts.

    His research interest lies in the application of data science techniques and artificial intelligence to sustainability concepts, taking into account social acceptance, perception, and attitude, as well as socio-economic factors.

    He completed his PhD at TU Berlin with the grade "Summa cum laude." During his PhD, he worked as a research assistant at TU Berlin and was involved in the projects by the Federal Ministry for the Environment (BMU) and Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK).

    Currently he is the work package leader of MDZT (Mittelstand-Digital Zentrum Tourismus) funded by Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Energy BMWE since 2024 which is working on empowering SMEs by application of AI and digitalisation in Germany. Also. he wasthe visiting researcher by the University of California, Berkeley (UC Berkeley).

  • Prof. Dr. Eric Kearney

    Prof. Dr. Eric Kearney

    Prof. Dr. Eric Kearney has been a Professor at the University of Potsdam since 2014. Previously, he was Professor of Organizational Behavior & Human Resource Management at the Faculty of Economics and Management at Leibniz University Hannover from 2009 to 2014. He has taught at numerous German and international universities and business schools (including Freie Universität Berlin; Technische Universität Berlin; Humboldt-Universität Berlin; Universidad Autónoma de Madrid; Krannert School of Management / Purdue University; Central European University, Budapest; FGV, Rio de Janeiro; Universidad de Chile, Santiago de Chile; Tongji University, Shanghai).

    His research on leadership and team management has been published in leading international journals such as the Academy of Management Journal, Organization Science, and the Journal of Applied Psychology. For many years, he has advised companies and executives on leadership, motivation, and teamwork.

    Gabriele Grea

    Gabriele Grea is a researcher and lecturer specializing in transportation economics, sustainable mobility, and innovation. His work focuses on smart mobility, business models in the mobility sector, transportation infrastructure, regional and urban development, and the economic and political dimensions of sustainable transportation. He has participated in numerous European research and innovation projects in the fields of urban mobility, electric mobility, transportation planning, energy policy, and digital mobility solutions. As an experienced lecturer and consultant, he combines academic expertise with practical insights into entrepreneurship, innovation ecosystems, and the commercialization of sustainable mobility solutions.

  • Dr. Massimo Moraglio

    Dr. Massimo Moraglio

    Dr. Massimo Moraglio is the academic coordinator of the MBA in Sustainable Mobility Management at the Technical University of Berlin. In his research, he analyzes the long-term interactions between technological change and economic, social, and cultural dynamics. His research focuses on sustainability, social justice, and transformation processes.

    Thanks to his many years of experience in academia and consulting, he has built a strong international network spanning industry, government, and civil society. Dr. Moraglio has secured and led numerous privately and publicly funded research projects. His scholarly work includes over 120 publications, including monographs, edited volumes, and articles in leading academic journals, as well as participation in and organization of more than 60 international conferences.

  • Prof. Dr. D. Georg Adlmaier-Herbst

    Prof. Dr. D. Georg Adlmaier-Herbst

    Prof. Dr. D. Georg Adlmaier-Herbst is an experienced practitioner who has worked for 15 years in the human resource department of the executive board of a global corporation. He has been a consultant, mentor and speaker for companies, organisations and individuals at home and abroad, for 18 years. Since the 1990s, he has been instrumental in shaping numerous processes in industrial companies and scientific institutions. Prof. Dr. Adlmaier-Herbst is currently Honorary Professor and Scientific Director of the research unit Berlin Management Model for Digitalisation (BMM) at the Berlin Career College of the Berlin University of the Arts, where he is also a lecturer in the part-time Master's program 'Leadership in Digital Innovation'. At the University of St. Gallen, he is also responsible for modules in the Executive Master of Business Engineering, lecturer for 'Leadership for the Digital Transformation' in the certificate course 'Digital Innovation and Business Transformation' and main lecturer in the certificate course 'HSG Management for IT Leaders 2020'.

    Klaus G. Kammermeier

    Klaus G. Kammermeier creates and conducts workshops, learn-shops and online courses. He is a trainer, mentor and speaker on innovation, entrepreneurship and digital transformation. Mr Kammermeier is the Founder and Managing director of Cyoneer GmbH, an innovation consultancy supporting national and international corporations in their endeavour to innovate with impact. For more than 15 years, he has been leading – in technical and commercial leadership positions – multi-functional global high-performance teams in the US, Europe and Asia, to provide ground-breaking innovations. He studied Engineering, Economics and Management at Munich University of Applied Sciences, completed 'Global Leadership 2020' at Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and executive education at Columbia University Business School in New York City, USA. During the last few years, he has coached and mentored over 150 founders, startups and innovation leaders and supported startup-related research programs with Fraunhofer Institute, Helmholtz Association and GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit). He teaches master students at Technische Universität Berlin (Space Engineering), Grenoble Ecole de Management (Innovation Strategy and Entrepreneurship), Glion Institute for Higher Education, and other international business schools.

  • Dipl.-Ing. Stefanie Holzheu

    Dipl.-Ing. Stefanie Holzheu

    Dipl.-Ing. Stefanie Holzheu is a media architect, creative technologist and lab manager of Prototype Showcase of the Futurium Lab and the Open Lab Night, an informal learning program at Futurium Berlin. She explores the boundaries between design and material environment with a focus on functional aspects of intelligent spaces, new interactivity in space and innovative information systems. She develops and offers bespoke workshops and courses for various companies, organisations and groups, such as ReDI and Cisco Systems. She taught architectural design and media at Technische Universität Berlin, Bergen School of Architecture, and Bauhaus University Weimar.

  • Sigrid Peuker

    Sigrid Peuker

    Sigrid Peuker is a journalist and communications scientist. Through her work as a project manager, system administrator, online editor, research assistant and most recently as head of a start-up center, she has been familiar with technical and entrepreneurial innovations since the 1980s and knows what social and personal changes go hand in hand with them. Ms Peuker incorporates this experience into her teaching at universities and in business, in advising companies or organizing events. She also designs and coordinates courses in the field of entrepreneurship, in which the development of the entrepreneurial personality is integrated as a decisive factor. Over the past 20 years, she has worked with more than 200 founders to develop innovations and business models. She has found the combination of methods from the arts with various communication tools and structuring approaches to be particularly helpful in bringing ideas to reality, both for start-ups and for innovations in existing companies.

  • Dongrui Jiang

    Dongrui Jiang

    Dongrui Jiang is a scientific researcher in the chair of Energy and Resource Management at TU Berlin. Her research primarily focuses on energy system analysis, with a significant emphasis on data analysis in the energy field. Since 2020, she has also been a lecturer for the "Introduction to Python Programming" course at the TU Berlin Summer and Winter University. With over 5 years of experience utilizing Python for data processing, she brings extensive practical knowledge and expertise to the field. Passionate about teaching and sharing insights, she conducts training sessions on both basic Python grammar and advanced topics such as web scraping and data analysis.

  • Dr.-Ing. Robert Mies

    Dr.-Ing. Robert Mies

    Dr.-Ing. Robert Mies is a research associate at TU Berlin, where he studied industrial engineering and completed his D.Sc. in Engineering (Dr.-Ing.). His research is on the intersection of industrial engineering, open source hardware development and open and distributed manufacturing.

    His current projects are LAUDS Local Accessible Urban Digital and Sustainable Factories (Horizon Europe), Open.Make – Implementing FAIR and open hardware (Berlin University Alliance) and Fab City (dtec.bw). Since 2025, he also runs the Making Lab at the Central Library TU/UDK and the BUA Mobile Lab.

  • Dr. Markus Frank

    Dr. Markus Frank

    Dr. Markus Frank M.P.A. is an Academic Councillor for Digital Humanities in the IT Group Humanities at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. His core areas of work are Research Software Engineering (especially Big Data and Artificial Intelligence) and psycholinguistics (empirical research using eye-tracking). He is the coordinator of the BA program "Digital Humanities - Linguistics & Literary Studies", where he also teaches. Mr. Frank is also a lecturer at the Bavarian University for Public Service and FAU Nuremberg/Erlangen in the areas of Artificial Intelligence and digital research projects. He works freelance as a consultant and speaker on Artificial Intelligence for public institutions (cities, ministries, authorities) with the Bavarian Academy for Administrative Management GmbH.

    Mr. Frank studied German Linguistics, Modern German Literature, and Philosophy at LMU Munich. He completed his doctorate at LMU Munich in the field of cognitive corpus linguistics within the structured Linguistic International Doctorate Program of the Faculty of Languages and Literatures. Following his PhD, he obtained a Master of Public Administration in Science Management from the German University of Administrative Sciences Speyer.

    Dr. techn. Francesco Cigarini

    PostDoc Researcher and Project Manager, Technische Universität Berlin

    Francesco Cigarini is a researcher at the Chair of Methods for Product Development and Mechatronics at TU Berlin. He studied mechatronics at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia and earned his doctorate in electrical engineering at TU Wien, where he also worked at the Institute of Automation and Control. His research focuses on electric vehicle technologies and energy efficiency, including the energy consumption of electric buses and the evaluation of battery technologies for new applications such as electric aviation.

  • Dr.-Ing. Anne Syré

    Dr.-Ing. Anne Syré

    PostDoc Researcher and Project Manager, Mobility2Grid Research Campus

    Anne Syré is a researcher at TU Berlin and the Mobility2Grid research campus, specialising in the environmental assessment of transport systems. Her work focuses on life cycle assessment of battery electric and fuel cell vehicles, including passenger cars, trucks and city buses. She has developed methods that combine traffic simulation with life cycle assessment to evaluate the emissions of entire urban transport systems, and she researches strategies for decarbonising urban and freight transport.
